About Me

My name is Kathy Worthington and I am a Virtual Assistant specializing in desktop publishing, word processing, and web design. I can offer personal assistance and coaching in using various software programs and web applications. I officially started my business in the spring of 2007, but have been working virtually for almost 5 years. I am located in Crown Point, Indiana, just southeast of Chicago. I have a B.S. in education and love to help others learn new things. I left the teaching field in 2002 to stay home with my children and turned my abilities to becoming a Virtual Office Assistant. I've worked with some online companies as a VA, but most of my experience comes from doing volunteer VA work for local charitable organizations. You can also view my Ethics Policy.
